Amazon sells more electronic books than printed books

The bookseller Amazon now sells more books in electronic format as printed books. That's certainly what the company forward in a press release boasting that once again the success of e-books and the Kindle reading light , without, as usual, give specific figures. Amazon simply indicates that, since 1 st April, for 100 printed books sold, it sold 105 eBooks.

The company is also pleased to sell three times as many Kindle books since the beginning of 2011 than the same period in 2010.

Other interesting information: the success of the latest version of the map light from Amazon - a little less expensive than the Kindle classic because it displays advertising - which is now the top selling devices Kindle United States.
